Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 0-2 years of experience in mechanical building services design.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Familiarity with local and international mechanical design codes and standards.
• Basic experience with Revit MEP; BIM knowledge is an advantage.
• Ability to review material submittals and shop drawings.
• Understanding of mechanical design drawings, specifications, and coordination requirements.
• Exposure to site supervision, testing & commissioning, and project handover activities is a plus.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in English.
